At Shellharbour City Children’s Centre, we are proud of our childcare philosophy; to provide children with exceptional beginnings. Our Shellharbour programs support young children in gaining a sense of who they are and where they belong, with opportunities to evolve individually and intellectually. From our programs to meals, every aspect of our childcare approach has a purpose.
Our vision for our children is about creating an environment that fosters chances for them to prosper and find their footing – figuratively and literally! Our early educators provide your child with guidance, respect and understanding; they will become who they are as holistically as possible.
Breaking Down Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is focused on several beliefs, all of which play a role in how our children centre functions:
